If I need to cancel or reschedule, how much notice do you need?

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please give 30 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

How long is one session?

One session is one hour, including a review of your history and progress.

How long is a course of treatment?

That depends on your body. My practice philosophy is "find it, fix it, and send you on your way." My goal is to restore you to a place of ease as quickly as possible.

How long do I need to keep coming back?

You may return for routine "tune-ups," once a month or every few months.
Or you may wait until you next experience an ache, pain or injury to return for treatment.
Or you may never need to return.

Is it okay to go to yoga/play basketball/go for a run after a session?

You get the best results if you relax the afternoon/evening after a session. Your body will be getting accustomed to the structural changes made during the session, your soft tissue will be reorganizing, and waste products released in the session will be processed. That's enough activity for 36 hours or so after the session!

I do recommend a leisurely walk on a flat path after the session.

Where are you located?

Do you accept insurance?

Yes and no:

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, through Square. Click here for directions on how to use your credit card to pay for a session.

How much does it cost?

The fee for a sixty-minute session is $150.
